Weaver Street Rules Game- Find the missing Rules!
7 rules not enough- 11 Maybe!

With a display of fanfare equal to any ribbon-cutting ceremoney the world has ever seen, Carr Mill Mall unveiled it's new 7 "Good Neighbor Rules" for all the world to see.... and then promptly withdrew them a few days later for a couple of weeks and replaced them with the New and Improved 11 "Open Space Rules". There as been a lot of speculation as to why the rules were changed and had it not been for the quick camera readiness of The Carrboro News mobile photography crew, we would have no record of these two parellel events. The Good Neighbor-Good Guy approach has been replaced but the more business-like Open Space Policy. Was it necessary for the change to be made? For the first time- See the signs one on top of the other(had we been a paper paper we could have displayed them in the much preferred side by side format) and you be the judge.
