Is Carrboro Bicycle Friendly?

With so many people wanting to know whether The Carrboro News would put our stamp of approval on Carrboro's claim to being Bicycle Friendly and knowing the implications that such a declaration would have, we deferred the decision to the community. But not to just the community, we went straight to the top, the authorities on bikes and bike friendliness... the employees of The Clean Machine, we knew would give us an authoritative answer that we could hide behind..... so... Is Carrboro Bicycle Friendly?

	David Mostly the drivers seem bike friendly and the low speed limit helps keep up with traffic although I bicycle mostly on Main Street.
	Andrew- There are spots that are better than others. It's basically bike friendly!
	Mark- Yeah, so far. I've only been here 3 months and it seems pretty good but people still drive too fast on Main Street.
	Chris Except for the spot where the Estes Ext sign welcomes you to Carrboro, it is bike friendly. I drive my son around in his trailer and go to Wilson and Anderson Parks.
